L. Thomas White

8th Suffolk District State Representative
America First Party Of Massachusetts

Election Date - November 2, 2004

  • Protect and defend marriage between One man and one woman.
  • Break the Democrat chokehold on our Legislature and bring under control much of the wasteful State spending now going on.
  • Work to change our failed education system in Massachusetts.

Candidate Statement -

I believe that America is at a crossroads and Massachusetts should point the direction that we will travel as it has so often throughout our history. I beseech you to join this noble effort to take our nation back from those causing harm either knowingly or unknowingly, through action or inaction.

We have so many important issues before us in need of attention, the marriage issue, stopping all immoral embryonic stem cell research, major changes in how we educate our young in our public schools of Boston, Cambridge and throughout the Commonwealth.

Finally, protecting our seniors with proper, affordable health care and prescriptions. Let their golden years be happy ones.

There is a great need for improvements to infrastructure maintenance, for example that disgrace called the Bowker overpass leading to and from upper Boylston St., Fenway Park and Storrow Drive. We also need the River St. bridge leading from Allston to Cambridge examined for badly needed repair or replacement.

Constituent services will be my top priority. Devising programs and funding them is not enough! Oversight must also occur to help accomplish more with each and every tax dollar spent.

For 21 years I was employed with Eastern Air Lines in customer service and was also elected by approximately 250 fellow workers to represent them in dealing with our company as part of nation-wide group fighting to protect jobs and working conditions.

For those years at Eastern I was a proven problem solver. Since then I have served my community in one capacity or another as a problem solver. I urge you to let me be your problem solver on Beacon Hill. Please help me campaign to victory on November 2nd with your active participation and generous financial support!
