Minutes of the Operating Committee of the America First Party

Friday, November 1, 2002

BE IT REMEMBERED that the Operating Committee of the America First Party conducted a vote by electronic mail, beginning on Friday, November 1, 2002.

Pursuant to Article VI Section 5 of the Party Constitution, the following Resolution was placed before the Operating Committee by the Secretary for consideration and vote, the Secretary having first been requested so to do by Mr. Jones, Mr. Lovell, and Mrs. Winters:

"Resolved, that the Operating Committee has reviewed and hereby approves of the November 2002 Newsletter as circulated, and authorizes its immediate printing and distribution."

The Secretary received "aye" votes from Mr. Moses, Mr. Edwards, Mr. Hill, Mrs. Winters, Mr. Hey, Mr. Lovell, Mr. Jones, and Mrs. McHugh.

The Secretary received no "nay" votes.

As required by the Party Constitution, the Chairman did not cast a vote.

The Resolution is therefore adopted.
