Minutes of the Operating Committee of the America First Party

BE IT REMEMBERED that the Operating Committee of the America First Party conducted a vote by electronic mail, beginning on Wednesday, May 13, 2003.

Pursuant to Article VI Section 5 of the Party Constitution, the following Resolution was placed before the Operating Committee by the Secretary for consideration and vote, the Secretary having first been requested so to do by Mr. O'Brian, Mr. Thomas, and Mr. Hey:

"Be it Resolved that the Resolution passed at the May 6th Operating Committee Meeting to refer the "Reaffirming Our Platform and Reflector Rules" Resolution to the National Committee is hereby rescinded."

The Secretary received "aye" votes from Mr. Thomas, Mr. O'Brian, Mr. Hey, Mr. Golmon, Mr. Hill, Mr. Jones, Mrs. McHugh, Mrs. Winters, and Mr. Lovell.

Mr. Edwards abstained.

The Secretary received no "nay" votes.

As required by the Party Constitution, the Chairman did not cast a vote.

The Resolution rescinding the prior resolution is therefore adopted.
