Minutes of the Operating Committee of the America First Party

BE IT REMEMBERED that the Operating Committee of the America First Party conducted a vote by electronic mail, beginning on Wednesday, December 14, 2005.

Pursuant to Article VI Section 5 of the Party Constitution, the following Resolution was placed before the Operating Committee by the Secretary for consideration and vote, upon the request of the Chairman, Mr. Hey, and Mr. Hill:

Resolved, that the Operating Committee hereby approves the Drawbridge Inn Contract and authorizes its execution.

The Secretary received "aye" votes from Mr. Hill, Mr. Charles, Mrs. Winters, Mr. White, Mr. Golmon, and Mr. Hey.

The Secretary received no "nay" votes.

The Secretary received no vote from Mr. Carroll.

The Resolution is therefore adopted.
