The newspaper responses have continued to come in, and the Secretary reported that he is entering the address corrections for all the undeliverable copies that have been returned. The fundraising letter has been printed today and is ready for stuffing and mailing.

The Treasurer reported that the party's bank balance is $ 7380.98. There are no unpaid invoices at this time.

Mr. Hill reported that the Finance Committee approved the fundraising letter. It will be taking up funding resolutions for the next newspaper, fundraiser, the letter to Ron Paul supporters, and the reprint of the introductory newsletter.

Mr. Lynch reported the PR Committee will meet again next Saturday to work on the introductory newsletter.

Mr. Hey reported that the Rules Committee has no outstanding issues to handle at the present.
