The Chairman delivered his report. He discussed his review of the "9-12" project and the related "Tea Party" and mass rally of last Saturday. The Ron Paul outreach letter and the fundraising letter have both been mailed.
The Treasurer reported that the party's bank balance is $ 4244.86. There are no unpaid invoices at this time. The monthly FEC report has been filed and may be viewed on the FEC's public web site.
Mr. Lynch reported that the Public Relations Committee is working on articles for the newspaper. He mentioned several new volunteers for the committee's work, and discussed the possibility of renewing the advertising with the American Conservative website.
Mr. Hey reported that the Rules Committee has circulated several drafts of an amendment to the party constitution to address the issue of chronic absenteeism by officers.
A time of general discussion took place.
There being no further business, on motion made by Mr. White, seconded by Mr. Lynch, and adopted by unanimous vote, the meeting was adjourned at 9:57 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
